Tile shaped motor magnets are arc-shaped permanent magnets designed specifically for efficient motor systems, made of high-performance rare earth materials such as neodymium iron boron NdFeB and samarium cobalt SmCo, with optimized magnetic circuit distribution and mechanical adaptability. Its unique tile shaped curved surface structure can tightly fit the rotor or stator of the motor, significantly improving the uniformity of the magnetic field. It is widely used in high-precision power systems such as drone motors, electric vehicle drive motors, industrial servo motors, and household appliances.

Application Scenarios

Drone motor: Suitable for external rotor brushless motors (such as T-Motor U8 Pro), reducing rotor inertia and achieving instantaneous response at 10000rpm.

Electric vehicle drive motor: In conjunction with silicon steel sheet lamination, it increases power density to 6kW/kg and supports 800V high-voltage platforms.

Industrial servo system: used for direct drive torque motors, with torque fluctuation<0.5%, meeting the joint requirements of precision machine tools and robots.
