1. What is Halbach array?

The Halbach array is a special arrangement of permanent magnets that enhances the magnetic field on one side of the array and reduces it to near zero on the other side. This is achieved by spatial rotation of the magnetization.

The Halbach array generates a high and uniform magnetic field in a certain area, and its magnetic field can also exceed the remanence of the magnetic material itself.

8.Halbach array magnet packaging

-Orient the magnet according to customer requirements.

-After orientation, magnetize the magnet according to the orientation direction.

-After magnetization, fix the magnet on Al or brass with glue.

-Packing, shielding with iron sheet.

-Put it on the pallet, wrap the film, and tie it tightly.

-Magnetic Isolation Packaging: Foam separator and galvanized iron box protect the magnets and act as a magnetic shield.
