The drawer-type iron remover is composed of a permanent magnetic frame and an outer stainless steel box, which can be directly installed on the powder pipeline and chute where the material passes. The permanent magnet frame uses single-layer or multi-layer cross-arranged ultra-strong rare earth permanent magnet rods, which can effectively remove small iron (up to 12.5mm) contaminants mixed in free-falling powder or granular materials, improving product quality. purity. According to customer needs, it can be designed as manual cleaning, manual scraper cleaning, or automatic cleaning.

It is designed to allow quick and easy removal of the tramp of metals in adjusted intervals, virtually no reduction in product flow rate, and easy installation with the connection of flange or ferrule. In manual cleaning system, the operator pulls out the drawer by holding the handles in the front of the housing.
