Product Introduction
The magnetic pulley, also known as magnetic drum, magnetic separation rollers or dry magnetic separator, is a rotary permanent magnetic iron remover that can continuously separate non-magnetic and magnetic materials. It uses high-performance permanent magnetic materials inside, with the characteristics of high magnetic field strength, deep magnetic range, strong suction, simple structure, easy to use, no maintenance, and no power consumption. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, renewable resource recovery and other fields, mainly used for magnetic mineral sorting, iron removal or recovery of magnetic materials, to protect equipment and ensure product purity.
Working principle
The material is conveyed to the drum surface by a belt or vibrating feeder, and the non-magnetic material is directly thrown down due to gravity or centrifugal force, thus achieving the purpose of mineral separation. The high-performance permanent magnetic material inside it generates a strong magnetic field. When the material passes through the drum, the magnetic material is adsorbed on the drum and is taken to a specific position for unloading as the drum rotates. The non-magnetic material continues to flow, thereby achieving the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials.

1. High magnetic field strength: This uses high-performance hard magnetic materials, such as neodymium iron boron magnetic materials, which can generate a strong magnetic field and effectively adsorb and remove ferromagnetic impurities of various sizes.
2. Good magnetic separation effect: This adopts a full magnetic design, and the magnetic field covers the entire drum surface, so it has a strong magnetic separation ability for materials. Whether it is a material with a high content of magnetic substances or a complex type, it can perform high-precision magnetic separation, high separation efficiency, and excellent results in purifying, separating and recovering magnetic substances.
3. Simple structure: Compared with some other complex magnetic separation equipment, the structure of the magnetic pulley is relatively simple. It is mainly composed of several key components, without complex transmission devices or electrical control systems, which makes the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment relatively convenient.
4. Stable operation: It will not demagnetize after long-term use, and can maintain stable magnetic and magnetic separation performance for a long time. It provides reliable protection for the production process, and does not require additional power supply. The magnetic separation function can be achieved by simply relying on the rotation of the drum, reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
5. Strong durability: The surface of the drum is usually treated with special processes, such as using wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials or surface hardening treatment, so that it has a long service life and can adapt to various harsh working environments.
Applications
1. Mining industry: This is used for roughing after coarse or medium crushing of iron ore, removing waste rocks such as surrounding rocks, and improving the grade of ore; it can also be used in the selection process of various ores to further improve the purity of ore.
2. Metallurgical industry: In steel production, magnetic separation can be performed on raw materials such as iron ore and scrap steel to remove impurities and improve the quality of raw materials; it can also be used to recover valuable metals such as iron from metallurgical slag.
3. Chemical industry: This removes magnetic impurities in chemical raw materials, such as in the production process of plastics, rubber, pigments, etc. It can ensure product quality and prevent magnetic impurities from having adverse effects on subsequent processing equipment and product performance.
4. Building materials industry: This is used for raw material processing in industries such as cement, ceramics, and glass to remove iron impurities in raw materials and improve the whiteness, strength and other properties of products.
5. Power industry: In the process of coal-fired power generation, coal can be magnetically separated to remove ferromagnetic impurities. This prevents these impurities from entering equipment such as boilers, reduces equipment wear and failure, and improves power generation efficiency.
6. Garbage disposal industry: This is used for sorting garbage, separating the ferromagnetic materials in the garbage to achieve resource recycling. It also helps the smooth progress of the subsequent garbage disposal process and reduces damage to the processing equipment.
