PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The fully automatic self-cleaning filter is a precision device that uses a filter mesh to directly intercept impurities in the water to purify the water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. Water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and automatically discharge the sewage by giving the sewage valve a signal. The fully automatic self-cleaning filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filtering products, such as small dirt-holding capacity, susceptibility to clogging by dirt, the need to disassemble and clean the filtering part, and the inability to monitor the filter status,etc. It has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning the filter cartridge and discharging the sewage. The system supplies water uninterruptedly during cleaning and drainage. And it can monitor the working status of the filter, with a high degree of automation. It covers the needs of various filtration precision from 50μm to 3000μm, and provides various water filtration equipments for customers.
Product Working Principle
The water to be treated enters the machine body from the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel wedge-shaped net, which generates the pressure difference. The filter monitors the change of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet through the pressure difference switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends a signal to the control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter cartridge, and the control valve opens to drain the sewage. The whole cleaning process only takes tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and begins to enter the next filtering process.
